Human Development Department announced that the Government of China through the China Ministry of Education (MOE) in cooperation with the Department of Human Development, Education and Culture of the Organization of American States (OAS) provides support to citizens of Member States sponsoring OAS partial scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate studies in China in any field of study available to international students from September 2011.
The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is the institution responsible for international student enrollment and conducts the administration of the Scholarship Program of the Chinese government. Category

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English.
- not have Chinese nationality
- Being part of the member countries of the Organization of American States.
