10 º in reliability Ford in Europe, 1 in complaints in Spain

1 º Mazda: 96.8 points
2 º Toyota : 96.3 points
3 º Honda: 95.2 points
4 º Suzuki: 93.7 points
5 º BMW: 93.7 points
6 th Smart: 93.6 points
7 º Saab : 92.5 points
8 º Volvo: 92.2 points
Nissan 9 th: 91.7 points
10 º Ford: 91.2 points, is not bad.

Something does not fit: If Ford is in the position 10, ahead of Audi, Citroen, Renault , VW, Skoda, SEAT, Peugeot, Fiat, Alfa , Mercedes, Hyundai, Kia ... ... .... then how is it possible that Ford is the undisputed No. 1 in complaints in Spain?

My answer: by bad Customer Service. One thing to be tenth in Europe for reliability, something else is to serve customers in one country, Spain.
