Rules and Procedures for Tuition at the University of Costa Rica set forth in its chapter on the inclusions explains that this method registration is given only in extraordinary cases that can be proven.
To make the application for inclusion is due to face proceedings at the Academic Unit, or the school where the course is taught. The requirements for the procedure are specified in Article 26 of the Rules and Procedures Registration
a. Existence of the situation described substantiated. B.
That the student has not registered the course in the same or different group. C.
Keeping up with financial obligations. D.
Have active student status. E.
The course belongs to the curriculum of his career and established the Vice-Rector of Teaching in
Resolution on extracurricular courses.
a) written recommendation of the Unit Academic registration or coordination of respective
career to apply for inclusion, after investigation and verification of requirements specified in paragraph 1 of this article
b) The academic unit offering the course or the coordination of respective career should
resolve requests for inclusion in accordance with the following parameters: Capacity
- The weighted average for tuition, sorted from highest to lowest shock
